Our Guarantee Policy
Every eligible employee is required to complete a right-to-work application form and provide the necessary identification and licenses. These documents are securely stored in compliance with data protection laws.
Additionally, all eligible employees must pass psychometric and Basic English tests to ensure adherence to health and safety standards. For those in driving roles, there are further assessments, including a manual/digital tachograph questionnaire and a road signs test, with a specified pass rate. Drug and alcohol testing is also available upon request.
